Harm: Mag.-Differential 09
The edition 09 of the Mag-Differential has been once again enhanced in order to provide the possibility of manual blocking. The manual blocking is effected by means of conical washers and pressure springs same as with the 4-disc friction differential. For this reason the blocking effect of the friction discs can be increased considerably. Therefore the Mag-Differential is also recommendable with very much grip. With this change the well-known Mag-Differential can be adjusted perfectly on any track condition although it works after the principle of a eddy current brake depending on revolution speed and additionally equipped with two friction discs depending on torque. The Mag.-Differential is the only differential that blocks depending of torque and revolution speed.
The advantage of the Mag-Differential 09:
- easy to drive
- adaptable to any track condition due to manual blocking
- maximum traction also with low grip
- reduced under steering
- constant blocking effect
The conversion kit 1511513-1 enables to convert a standard Mag-Differential into the edition 09.
For lubrication of the gears the „traction“ differential grease # 1515835 is recommended.
